Quoting a good – and wise – friend: “I do not have hope because I believe that the world is good. I choose hope as an act of will to empower me to make the world good.”

May it be so for you.

Elizabeth conducted surveys, analyzed past data/surveys, analyzed internal data from our AMS, interviewed members, met with our team, etc, and eventually she had several recommended options for us to consider bringing to the board. Clarity is my only way to make a decision, and I felt like we had very solid clarity to make a final call, which we did, and have had zero pushback or negative feedback on our newly implemented dues structure as of a few months ago. Certainly key to this was how we communicated transparently to everyone, and then to each individual membership level with renewals, and Elizabeth worked with our team on that as well. Would highly recommend.
