Spark helped NICSA redesign our membership dues structure to a simpler, more logical format that has made it significantly easier for firms to determine where they fit on the membership spectrum.  Elizabeth Engel modeled several potential options for us – using real dollars – and helped us pick the best new structure for us to not only be financially secure moving forward, but also to grow membership revenues overall.  Since implementing this new structure, renewals are up and benefits package sales are going through the roof.
